Nina Coil
Nina Coil is an engaging facilitator of professional development learning experiences. During her 30-year career, she has worked in both the public and private sectors and has designed and delivered soft skills training programs to leaders at all levels.
Nina has deep knowledge of change and transition management. She applies these tools in every learning experience, enabling participants to shift their mindsets and behaviors. She creates a safe space for participants to share real-life experiences to aid the transfer of learning.
She is certified in the DiSC, the Hogan, and Insights Discovery, and is a certified online facilitator, and expert at transforming face-to-face programs into engrossing online offerings.
Nina has facilitated sessions for EOHHS’ Management Certificate program, worked as a senior consultant for Linkage, Inc., enhanced the training arm of the Commonwealth Corporation, and trained public service lawyers for the Legal Services Corporation.
