Michael Bickford
Michael S Bickford has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the private and nonprofit fields. His areas of expertise include Emotional Intelligence, leadership development, strategic planning, change management, leadership lessons related to personality theory (both Myers-Briggs and the Enneagram), curriculum development, and pedagogical issues related to online education. Dr. Bickford has been a member of the Casey Hall Training Associates since 2016 and he also regularly leads day-long seminars at the Naval Supply Corps School at the Naval War College in Newport, RI. He uniquely combines theoretical concepts and practical applications to foster deep reflection and long-term leadership growth. Each seminar also ends with resources for continued study. Dr. Bickford holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Fordham University in New York and is the author of, Everyone Dies But Not Everyone Lives: Developing A Personal Rule for Life.
