Mary Lou Woodford
Mary Lou Woodford is the president of MLW Associates, LLC, a professional training, management consulting, and workforce development corporation. Her knowledge and experience have given her a unique competence in understanding the challenges facing healthcare, public health, and the small business world of today.
Mary Lou’s prior experiences includes 15 years in hospital-based nursing, 15 years in a management role at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH), and 10 years teaching community health and public health policy at Northeastern University.
As the president of MLW Associates, LLC Mary Lou is able to blend her extensive knowledge and experiences while offering a wide range of programs and services. She utilizes adult learning principles in all her curriculum development. Her offerings include management consulting, individual coaching, workforce development, and a variety of customized seminars and workshops to support the needs of her clients.
