Lynn Fay

Lynn Fay, MBA, Ed.S. is the founder of Time 2 Thrive, LLC which offers professional coaching services.  Lynn’s areas of expertise include interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, public speaking, and leadership training.  Lynn earned a BA in psychology from Yale University in New Haven, CT, and a degree in human resources from Pace University in White Plains, NY. She is the author of her book on communication entitled, Talk the Talk: Finding Your Voice When Speaking Matters.   Lynn uses her own voice on her weekly podcast, Once Upon a Time, where she interviews guests about their journey through interpersonal conflict.  In addition to being an award-winning educator, Lynn has worked closely with members of underserved communities.  In her recent work with a nonprofit organization, she developed a leadership curriculum with corresponding training manuals for the session facilitators, some of whom represented Fortune 500 companies.    Lynn is certified to administer the world-renowned Hogan Assessments, which are reliable assessments used by organizations to measure an employee’s strengths, potential shortcomings, values, and motivators.
