Lisa Sherrer has over thirty years of experience in mortgage banking, healthcare, higher education, and state and federal government providing consultation, training design, and facilitation services. She has facilitated numerous workshops including supervisory skills, communication skills, business writing skills, performance management, leading teams, and customer service.
Lisa collaborates and assists clients with their unique needs by identifying cost-effective and impactful solutions to operational and performance development challenges. She administered Brandeis University’s training plan and facilitated training at MultiPlan and Gryphon Technologies. Lisa was also an adjunct faculty member in Boston College’s Master of Business Administration Program. Prior to her career in training and consulting, she was an Internal Audit manager in the public and private sectors and earned her Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. Lisa also has a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Her dynamic approach to training and development actively engages learners ensuring effective skill development and impactful application in the workplace.
