Jim Ognibene
Jim is a Facilitator of Group Learning, Learning Catalyst, Educator, Career Coach, and Talent Development Consultant. Jim knows how government works after 21 years (1996-2017) as the Director of Professional Development at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR). Over these two decades, his understanding of public sector culture plays a key role in creating impactful programs. In light of union guidelines and other government parameters, he and his team have designed leadership empowerment, team building, customer service, and agile workplace programs. Jim has personally delivered over 1,300 professional development training sessions over 25 years, including many online programs via Zoom. Jim is a member of the LGBTQ community and brings a spirit of inclusion to all his training sessions. Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Marketing from George Mason University, Virginia, and a Master of Education in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
